Tongyu Heavy Industry has entered the nuclear equipment manufacturing field based on its own comprehensive research and development strength and industrial chain advantages，Especially since the completion of"national integration"，it has continuously supplied nuclear-related complete sets of equipment that can be used under various conditions to units such as China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd、China Academy of Atomic Energy、China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute、China National Nuclear Industry Corporation 404、Beijing Xinghang Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., LTD，It has become a qualified supplier of the China National Nuclear Corporation and has successively won honors such as a 4A-level supplier of China Nuclear Engineering Company and a top ten supplier of the second project department of China Nuclear Engineering.
Honors Obtained
To further integrate the company's nuclear-related business and strengthen the nuclear power business sector,in March of this year,the company established a Nuclear Equipment Business Division,which is mainly responsible for the R&D and manufacturing of the company's high-end nuclear equipment products,covering marketing,projects,technology,quality,after-sales,and other links.More than half of the professional and technical personnel in this division can fully engage in technical exchanges with design institutes,owners,and other units,providing customers with full-process services from scheme design to product delivery.The team has successfully developed the X equipment,which features strong radiation resistance,high positioning accuracy,good stability,single redundancy fault protection for each part,remote maintenance,replacement,and remote control of the entire vehicle,filling a gap in this area in China.The X equipment was appraised by the Shandong Machinery Industry Science and Technology Association in 2021,and the overall technical indicators of the project have reached an internationally advanced level.In the 2023 Shandong Province Workers'Innovation and Efficiency Competition,the team won the first prize in the competition with this project.This honor is the result of Tongyu Heavy Industry's long-term emphasis on employee innovation and continuous increase in R&D innovation efforts.
Relying on the professional design team of the Nuclear Equipment Business Division,our company has successively completed cooperation with China Nuclear Engineering Company on high-level radioactive waste heat room transfer devices(heat room cranes),medium and low-level radioactive waste heat room transfer systems,lifting and installation tools for main and auxiliary equipment of nuclear power stations,cooperation with China Nuclear Power Engineering Design Institute on efficient solidification production lines for boron-containing waste liquid,and cooperation with relevant companies to develop a chimney demolition device and well retrieval device for China National Nuclear Industry Corporation 404.All functional implementations in the above projects were independently completed by our company in design and development.

Currently,the Nuclear Equipment Business Division has completed the R&D of more than 100 types of equipment,including 6 honors above the provincial and ministerial level,more than 10 honors above the municipal level,and more than 20 authorized nuclear patents,mainly including heat room cranes,automatic sealing and capping devices for nuclear waste steel barrels,etc.
