Recently, Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. successfully delivered a set of press frame products to a Japan enterprise. This marks the third consecutive delivery of similar products to this client, this reflects Tongyu Heavy Industry's reliable supply capability in the domain of large structural component manufacturing.
This client is a world-leading supplier of warm forging presses and owns multiple patents in the forging field, capable of meeting various needs of a vast number of users for high-speed forging and precision forging. With the rapid development of the automobile and construction machinery industries, the forging and pressing equipment of this client has been widely used all over the world. Therefore, this client has extremely high requirements for the quality and performance of the equipment. Relying on its outstanding research and development and manufacturing strength, advanced production equipment and strict quality control system, the company won the recognition of this client within a relatively short period of time and signed the sales contract for the first set of products in December 2023. After receiving the first order, the company quickly organized a technical team to focus on formulating manufacturing plans to meet the high processing requirements for product precision, concentricity and so on.
