Focusing on the training of internal trainers of the company and promoting safe and high-quality development - Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. successfully held the first internal trainer training class

In order to further study and implement the "eight grasping 20 series of innovative measures" for safety production, further standardize and strengthen the company's safety training and education work, and establish the concept of "the biggest potential safety hazard is the lack of training", Tongyu Heavy Industry invited a provincial safety expert team to conduct a three-day closed training for the company's internal trainer team from June 19 to 21. A total of 43 internal trainers participated in the training, mainly from the Safety Supervision Department, Special Equipment Department, Energy and Environmental Protection Department, Equipment Support Department, Human Resources Department, Labor Union and other logistics departments and workshop safety officers. It is the first internal trainer training class held by Tongyu Heavy Industry.

At the opening ceremony, Jiao Lianliang, the person in charge of safety, made a speech to thank the expert team for their arrival, and hoped that everyone would cherish this rare opportunity, listen attentively, and fully demonstrate the spirit of Tongyu people who work hard and study hard.

Day1: Mr. Pan Guojun explained the safety concept, safety awareness and Confucian culture, answered the questions about the construction of enterprise safety culture and the career orientation of safety internal trainers, and opened a new door for everyone to think about safety work.

Day 2: Mr. Shi Weidong took the case as the starting point, identified the hazard sources through on-site practice, and explained the construction and application of the dual prevention system of risk and hidden danger.

Day 3: In a lively classroom, Ms. Ma Li explained the significance of enterprise safety education and training and the practical content of internal trainers through on-site discussions and exercises.

Three expert teachers and three teaching styles, from different perspectives, closely centering on the "people-oriented" core, helped everyone build a systematic knowledge framework for internal trainers and taught everyone how to do a good job in employee education and training. During the three days of training, everyone actively discussed and spoke. At the end of the training, everyone said that they had opened their eyes through this training, learned new knowledge, gained a lot, and still wanted to do more. I hope we can participate in such activities in the future, and apply what we have learned to practical work, so as to help the company's development!
